This ridge top ranch is divided into three classifications: about 50 acres of prime vineyard land, 40 acres of livestock grazing pastures with fencing in place and 30 acres of Doug Fir forest. Look to the northeast and the views include the ranch Pinot Noir vineyard and beautiful eastern valley hillsides – open meadows with patches of forest.
